How To Use
Formula 1 Shake
Preparing your shake is quick and convenient. Mix 2 tablespoons (26g) of powder with 250ml of semi-skimmed, skimmed, or plant-based milk. For extra creaminess and protein, you can substitute milk with Protein Drink Mix (PDM).
- For weight management: Replace 2 meals per day (e.g. breakfast and lunch/dinner) with Formula 1, plus enjoy 1 balanced meal.
- For maintenance: Enjoy Formula 1 as a nutritious breakfast alongside 2 balanced meals during the day.
Protein Drink Mix (PDM)
Each tub contains around 42 scoops and can be prepared in 2 ways:
- Protein snack: Mix 2 scoops (28g) with 250ml water for a quick, high-protein drink.
- Protein-rich shake: Mix 1 scoop (14g) with your regular Formula 1 serving and 250ml water for a creamy, protein-packed meal.
Herbalife Instant Herbal Beverage
